Local Multiplayer Galower!

Lowergame v1.3 comes with the access to local multiplayer in options!

Content:

• Local multiplayer (WASD to move p1, arrow keys to move p2)
• Fixed some badly written code so it should run about 10% faster
• Added new sound for when the shield breaks
• Lowered in game sound so it's not bursting your eardrums.

Things to note:

1. In multiplayer you and your friends health are linked, so it makes the game much more challenging and intense
2. The game has a low chance of crashing but it still can, this isn't an error, this is just due to lag.
3. Any stack overflow errors or anything related SHOULD be reported on the discord in #🐞bug-reporting
